Vinification facts: 100% fermented in 1 ton MacroBins at 78°F; punch downs were done 2 to 3 times per day and left one week on contact with skins once alcoholic fermentation was finished. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels
Color: Light, elegant ruby red, almost like a strawberry. Left unfiltered to avoid more processes keeps it cloudy and natural
